Consequently, Hard Rock Bet reopened its sports betting app in Florida last month, although it was limited to current users starting from their 2021 debut. This new information raises serious doubts about the reliability of some games found in DFS and similar applications for fantasy sports. Prize Picks and Sleeper are two popular DFS and fantasy sports applications that let users wager on the performance of individual players with a deposit of money. Users of Sleeper can parlay at least two bets to gamble on play prop bets.
New Florida Fantasy Sports Bill
Indeed, the Seminole Tribe of Florida is not a fan of the competition that DFS and fantasy sports applications give. The tribe has exclusive rights over sports betting in Florida because of an agreement reached with the state in 2021.
